You could try some hardware stores that sell smoking chips .. they might have cedar planks. I hope you find it!joone!https://www.blogger.com/profile/04389721605853394725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8573626.post-1148702229629941052006-05-27T11:57:00.000+08:002006-05-27T11:57:00.000+08:00Hi, these recipes sound very interesting - thanks ...Hi, these recipes sound very interesting - thanks for sharing them. Could you let me know what sort of paper bark you used, and where to get some in Singapore? If you know where to get untreated cedar planks that are suitable for cooking purposes, I'd also appreciate your advice. Thanks very much.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8573626.post-1148392408855767912006-05-23T21:53:00.000+08:002006-05-23T21:53:00.000+08:00Ohhh...that sounds divine. The salmon looked and tasted gorgeous and the glaze was fabulous - I'm sure it'd work well with other meats too, like a nice ham or maybe even duck and lamb.

P.S. That's what I have from Williams-Sonoma - cedar plank! We should do something with it soon :)hinatahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14670681037946872386noreply@blogger.com
